Service of Thanksgiving and Remembrance

As part of Kidney Health Week, Kidney Health Australia extends a special invitation to all transplant recipients, their families and friends, and those families who have made life-giving decisions at times of personal loss. The service will be hosted by the Victorian Organ and Tissue Donation and Transplantation Services and related Consumer Health Organisations.
