Racing To Save Lives - The World's First BIG RED BBQ Trackside
Kidney Health Australia, in conjunction with there partners the Sydney Turf Club, held their first BIG RED BBQ Trackside on 30 October 2010 to help promote kidney disease awareness. As part of the day, Kidney Health Australia volunteers sold raffle tickets for just $10 with all money raised going to help our fight against kidney disease.
In addition to the raffle, Kidney Health Australia are holding a cocktail function all day with tickets just $100. This covers your entry into the course, food, wine and the best set in the house - right at the finish line.

The BIG RED BBQ is based on an Australia icon, the barbeque. Barbeques are great opportunities to bring family and friends together to create and share fantastic memories. It is with this in mind that Kidney Health Australia developed the BIG RED BBQ, to give everyone the chance to get their family and friends together to not only have fun, but to raise funds and awareness in our fight against kidney disease.
So register now, and hold you own barbeque, and by making people aware that kidney disease is a "silent killer", you never know whose life you may save.
