Hey there lost ant - sorry to hear you are having problems.  This must be frustrating, but I'm sure your health team can help you through this rough patch, until you see you neph.  The brain fogging is even more frustrating - I have that myself at times just through life pressures.  I've just opened up the Forum to encourage a free flowing dialogue as a pilot.  So keep watching the page. The system should send you an email.
